You make a 50% commission in Mary Kay. You buy your products for $1 and sell them for $2. The average skin care class brings in around $150, so, your profit to keep would be $75 for about 2 hours of work. That is an average, I have shows that bring in $300 in a night.
Additional commissions are available when you have personal team members starting with your first team member at 4% and can grow to 12% as you grow your team. These commissions are paid by the company not out of your check.
